1. AIVF AI-Enhanced IVF Treatments

Daniella Gilboa, CEO of AIVF and a Clinical Embryologist, co-founded the company alongside Professor Daniel Seidman. AIVF utilizes artificial intelligence to improve the success rates of in vitro fertilization (IVF). Their AI-based platform assists in selecting the most viable embryos for implantation, streamlining the IVF process and offering hope to couples facing fertility challenges.


2. Salignostics Saliva-Based Pregnancy Testing

Salignostics, founded on the research of Prof. Aaron Palmon from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem has introduced SaliStick, the world's first saliva-based pregnancy test kit. This non-invasive, hygienic, and easy-to-use test delivers accurate results in minutes, revolutionizing early pregnancy detection.


3. IdentifAI AI-Powered Genetic Testing

Dr. Noam Shomron from Tel Aviv University is behind IdentifAI, a company that has developed a non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) technology. This innovative test analyzes fetal DNA found in a pregnant woman's blood to detect genetic conditions, providing a safer, more accurate alternative to traditional invasive methods like amniocentesis. IdentifAI’s solution enhances the accuracy of prenatal screening while reducing risks for both mother and child. 


4. PulseNmore At-Home Ultrasound Technology

PulseNmore, founded in 2014 by Dr. Elazar Sonnenschein (PhD in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University)  has developed a handheld tele-ultrasound device that allows expectant parents to perform at-home scans. This innovation reduces the need for frequent hospital visits, providing convenience and peace of mind. The device connects to a smartphone, displaying real-time images and enabling remote analysis by medical professionals.


5. Nuvo CaresWearable Fetal Monitoring

Nuvo Group offers INVU, a wearable device that monitors fetal and maternal health. Worn like a belt, INVU tracks fetal movements, heart rates, and maternal uterine activity, transmitting data to healthcare providers for comprehensive remote monitoring.


6. Embryonics https://www.embryonics.me/AI in Embryo Selection

Embryonics (Acquired by Recharge Capital) leverages AI to enhance embryo selection during IVF treatments. Their technology analyzes embryonic data to predict developmental potential, aiming to increase implantation success rates and reduce the emotional and financial strains associated with fertility treatments.


7. PregnanTech Preventing Preterm Births

PregnanTech, founded in 2018 by Dr. David Shashar, in collaboration with a team of gynecologists and obstetricians from Israel’s Sheba Medical Center and engineers from Trendlines Labs,  is developing 'Lioness,' a silicone ring designed to prevent preterm births. Placed on the cervix, this device helps maintain cervical integrity during pregnancy, addressing a significant concern in maternal health.


8. IMMA Health Holistic Pregnancy & Postpartum Support

IMMA Health, co-founded by Beatrice Chemla and Nadia Prisant, is redefining maternal health with its AI-based personalized wellness coach, offering tailored recommendations for nutrition, exercise, and mental well-being. By addressing the holistic needs of pregnant women, IMMA enhances the entire pregnancy journey.


9. Tempdrop Fertility and Pregnancy Tracking

Tempdrop, founded by Michael Vardi, is a wearable sensor that provides continuous temperature tracking, helping women better understand their fertility and pregnancy patterns. This data-driven approach allows for more accurate cycle predictions and supports women in optimizing their reproductive health.


10. Hello Heart – Cardiovascular Health Monitoring for Expecting Mothers

Pregnancy can bring unique cardiovascular challenges. Hello Heart, founded by Maayan Cohen and Ziv Paz, a digital health platform, enables pregnant women to track and manage their blood pressure, reducing risks associated with hypertension and preeclampsia.
